Privacy notice
The Bone Class is run by Harry Gough and Kim Gough as a partnership. This page says what we keep about you and why. Contact Harry at hgough97@gmail.com.
What we keep
Your name, your plan and usual class, your bookings and attendance, the amount and date of each payment, and your email address and phone number if you give them. If you come for an assessment, we keep your name, contact details and the booking.
Why
To run your bookings and take your payments. You have asked to join and pay for classes, and we need these details to do that. We keep payment records because the tax rules require it. We do not use your details for anything else and we do not pass them to anyone else, apart from Stripe below.
Card payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe sees your email address and your card details; we never see your card. Stripe sends your receipt. Stripe's own privacy notice is at stripe.com/privacy.
Where it is kept
In a database in the United Kingdom, run by Supabase, that only Harry and Kim can open.
How long
While you are a member, and for 8 years after you leave, as a record of your classes. Payment records are kept for as long as the tax rules require.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email Harry.
The Bone Class is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office.
